Master Taino
Director

Master Taino has been active in the Leather community for close to 20 years.  He is the founder of the Washington, DC Chapter of Masters And slaves Together (MAsT), a member of Defenders Leather Levi Club since 1993, member of SigMa since 1994 , an associate member of the Men of Discipline DC (MOD) since 1999 and member of Black Rose since 2005. 

Master Taino is the producer of the Master/slave Conference, an annual event held in Washington, DC since the summer of 2004. 

He has presented workshops nationwide and overseas. 

At the Academy, Master Taino presents the following workshops:  The slave  Heart, The Calling of a Master , BDSM in M/s relationships, Flogging, the Dynamic of Master/slave Relationships, Masters in Service and Community and Resources.  He also facilitates the daily round tables.

Currently Master Taino owns slave david and slave bobby.

Master Tallen
Deputy Director   

Master Tallen is a former slave with many years of experience in the 24/7 Master/slave life and BDSM.   He is a former Marine Corps Intelligence Specialist, and was responsible for training in POW handling, and resistance to interrogation.  Having lived in several states over the last 5 years, Master Tallen has gained experience in varied approaches to BDSM and the Master/slave lifestyle.  He has attended functions by several MAsT organizations, and bondage clubs throughout the country.  This, combined with having been owned by 5 different Masters in  5 years and training dozens of boys/slaves and Masters alike, has given Him opportunities to enjoy numerous perspectives of human nature's interaction with the Master/slave lifestyle. 

He is a member of MAsT Washington, Sigma DC, and is a member of the Executive Committee for the Master slave Conference in Washington, DC. 

Since 2005, he is a member of the Board of Directors of MTTA, Inc, a non-profit organization who runs the Academy and since 2008 serves as Vice-president of the Board.
 

Master Tallen began his evolution from slave to Master in 2002, and considers Himself fortunate to have several Masters as Mentors.  He also mentors other Masters and slaves.

He brings to the faculty, another insightful perspective of the Master/slave lifestyle.  His knowledge and strength are helpful in the education of Masters and slaves alike, to better help them develop their own styles and beliefs in their journey. 

In late 2006, Master Tallen relocated to his native Texas, but continues to travel to DC for the Academy's events.

He created and designed the proposed Master/slave Flag that was unveiled during the Master/slave Conference 2005 held in Washington, DC.

Master Tallen launched in 2005 their Family Website:  Master Tallen's Leather Corps.

Currently he owns slave angela from New York and a staff member of the Academy.  They became Northeast Master/slave 2008 during the Master/slave Conference held in August 2008.

At the Academy's training events, Master Tallen runs the daily operation and supervises the slave staff.  He presents the workshops on "Protocol", "Bondage" and "Electricity".


Lady Lynette
Resident Master   

Lady Lynette from Southeast Virginia is an alumni of the Academy who was invited in early 2007 to join the Academy as a guest presenter for the slave Training for females.  Her dedication and positive impact with the participants was evident and in September 2007 he was appointed as a full-time staff at the Academy. 

She joined Master Taino and Master Tallen as the three full time Master staff at the training events. In 2008, she was promoted to Resident Master of the Academy.

In August 2008, She was elected a member of the Board of Directors of MTTA, Inc., the non-profit organization which produces both the Training Academy and the annual Master/slave Conference.

She and her slave lamb competed and won the Northeast Master/slave 2007 title  at the Master/slave Conference 2007. 

Besides slave lamb, Lady Lynette owns slave cita, an alumni and staff member of the Academy.


Master Jack

Master Jack is a het, male, dominant with a passion for bondage and a long held interest in the dynamics of M/s relationships.  He is the new Northeast Master 2005, title won during the Master/slave Conference 2005, and will compete with His slave raven for the International Master/slave title in Dallas in February 2006.

He is a founding member of Black Rose and an emeritus member of its board of directors. Previously he served Black Rose in several capacities including Chairman of the Board, President, Secretary and Co-chair for BR10. He is also an emeritus member of the Leather Leadership Conference (LLC), Inc. board and served as its Vice Chairman and Treasurer as well as Co-chair for LLC2000. Jack was the first Chairman of the Board of NCSF.

Master Jack is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of MTTA, Inc, the non-profit organization that runs the Academy.

Starting in 2005, Master Jack joined the faculty of the Academy and is presenting the workshop "How to find a worthy Master" for the slave Program and "How to find a worthy slave" for the Master Program.

Master David, Ph. D.

Master David is a scene-friendly psychologist who first developed his appreciation for "the fine art of BDSM" while growing up in the San Francisco Bay area. He swore to protect the values of a Leather Master and was presented his Master’s cap in Hayward, California in 1969.

He is a long-time contributor to safe, sane, pleasure-filled learning opportunities for adults to explore and expand their self-awareness. He has the ability to befriend people of all ages, enjoys the diversity found in the scene, and recognizes that in our lifestyle, "no one is perfect but, it's important to strive for excellence."

He is the founder of MAsT: Baltimore and remains an active member of MAsT: Washington. He is a long-time member of Black Rose and serves as a Consultant to their Board of Directors. He is Vice-President of Baltimore Educational and Social Society (BESS) and also serves as their Ombudsman.

Since 2007, he has a member of the faculty of Master Taino’s Training Academy where he teaches "Problem Solving and Difficult Discussions".  In 2008, he was elected to the Board of Directors of MTTA, Inc, the non-profit organization that produces for the Academy and the annual Master/slave Conference.

Master Kurt

Master Kurt has owned His slave, john for eight years. Master Kurt is a charter member of MAsT Washington since its foundation in 1999.

Together with His slave john, Master Kurt has presented workshops during the Master/slave Conference since 2004 to the present. 

He has also participated as a panelist at the Mid Atlantic Leather Sir/boy 2003 in Washington, DC and the South Plains Leather Fest in February 2004. Master Kurt has also facilitated MAsT meetings.

He joins Master Taino in the presentation of 'Dynamic of Master/slave relationships" during the Training Weekends.


slave john  

slave john has been in full time service to Master Kurt for seven years. he is also a charter member of MAsT Washington. slave john is a staff of the Master/slave Conference, has served as the conference's web boy.   he also has been a judge in the Northeast Master/slave Contest ins 2005 and 2007.

Together with his Master, slave john has presented workshops during the Master/slave Conference since 2004 to the present. 

he was the recipient of the "slave Heart Award 2006" during the Master/slave Conference.

he has been a member of the staff of the Academy since 2003, and occasionally substituted presenting workshops.  Since October 2004, slave john is formally a member of the faculty offering the workshops "The slave Perspective" and  "Communication in M/s Relationships".


Master Carmen

Master Carmen became the first female attending the Master Training Weekend in early 2005.  She is very active in females Leather groups in the DC area as well as a member of MAsT Dc Pan.  She is part of the Staff of the Master/slave Conference 2006.

She is a key staff member for the slave Training for females.

Master Carmen joined the Faculty and Staff of the Academy for the first slave Training Weekend for females held in February 2006.  She is the new presenter of the "Spanking, Paddling and Caning" workshop and assists in the Bondage workshops.   She provides a great deal of support to female participants.

The Academy has a group of guest instructors who fill in as needed.  The guest instructors include the following:

 Supporting slave Staff

The Training Academy also counts with an excellent group of volunteers  who assists in different tasks during the event, including cooking, cleaning, serving, demos, etc. as supporting the participants during their weekend journey.   Besides Master Tallen - the Deputy Director and Staff Director, and slave john, the following volunteers often join the staff.

slave david

Master Taino's slave david joined the staff as soon as he joined Master Taino's household.  he is a graduate from slave Training XXII.   Before being collared by Master Taino in 2005, slave david served his original Owner for 20 years.

slave buck

slave buck is a slave from the New Jersey/New York area who participated in the slave Training Program in the summer of 2004.    he is  a member of Master Taino's Extended Family.

Since he has become a staff member of the Master/slave Conference and is always present when Master Taino needs him.  he usually integrates the staff during the Master Training Weekend events.

slave angela

slave angela has been involved in the world of BDSM since approximately 1998, has been involved in the Master/slave lifestyle since 2000. After two previous collars, she is proud and honored to belong to her current Owner, Master Tallen. 

In November of 2004, slave angela completed the Servant's Retreat weekend and in February of 2006, had the privilege of attending the first female slave training at the Academy. she immediately fell in love with the Academy, and returned to the next training in May of 2006 to become a part of the slave staff. Since 2005, slave angela has also been attending the Master/slave Conference, and in 2007, became part of the conference staff, working in the production department.

 
slave angela has served on panels at TES and at the Master/slave Conference and made her bootblacking debut at TESFest 06.  she hopes to do more boot blacking as well as more presenting in the upcoming years.

slave nyteMare

A recent transplant to Alexandria VA, slave nyteMare is a graduate of the first female slave training weekend in February 2006.  slave nyteMare also serves on staff for the annual Master/slave Conference.

she is semi active in the local community and volunteers her time whenever time permits.  she d is a single mother of two.

At the Academy, slave nyteMare is part of the staff during the Master Training and the female slave Training events.

slave sandy

slave sandy is an alumni from the second slave Training for females in October  2006.   she joined the staff in 2007.

she has over ten years of experience in the D/s lifestyle.  According to slave sandy, her experience at the Academy has helped to mold her and her slave heart immensely

slave serenity

slave serenity  - a resident of Maryland -- joined the staff of the Academy in September 2007.  she brings a great enthusiasm, dedication and energy. 

she is an alumni of the third slave Training for females held in March 2007.

Currently she is not owned and is seeking a Master.

 

slave cita

slave cita is a young beautiful slave currently owned by Lady Lynette.  she is an alumni of the second training for females slaves held in October 2006.  she joined the staff on September 2007. 

she is a resident of Columbia, Maryland.
