In October 2001, Master
Taino's Leather Family developed a slave
training weekend program to help individuals to
discover their true selves as slave boys.
The main idea of the program was to empower the
submissive individuals -- slaves, subs, boys --
to enter healthy Master/slave,
Dominant/submissive or Daddy/boy relationships.
The program was
extended in Summer 2002 to reach out novice and
less experienced Masters interested in learning
their mastery in a safe environment. Since
2005, we have opened the Master Training Weekend
to female Masters or Mistresses of any sexual
orientation.
Beginning in
2006, the Academy offers a slave Training
Weekend exclusively for female slaves of any
sexual orientation.
The weekend
program includes workshops on Master/slave
relationships and the basics of BDSM play, round
table, service experiences and the powerful
environment in a a real Master/slave household.
Since January
2004, the official name of the program is
"Master Taino's Training Academy" and
has been run
by MTTA, Inc, a NON-PROFIT education organization founded
by Master Taino.
Master Taino is the director of the
Academy, and Master Tallen is the Deputy Director and is in charge
of the daily operation during the training events and the
supervision of the slave staff.
During the slave Training XXX, held
October 11-14, 2007, the Academy celebrated its sixth anniversary of
service to the Master/slave community.
Supporting
MAsT, Inc.
Starting
in 2003, Master Taino's Training Academy has been donating $25 on behalf of each
participant to the Training Program to Masters And slaves Together (MAsT, Inc.),
an organization of support groups for
Masters and slaves, that has chapters across the nation.
The idea originated
during the
Master Training I in July, 2003. Master Taino asked the participants if
they think it would be a good idea to raise the donation from $100 to $125 and
donate the additional $25 to MAsT. The five participants at that training,
not only supported the idea, but presented Master Taino with $125 collected
about themselves for MAsT during the closing ceremony.
Since
2003, the Academy has donated over $6,000 to MAsT.

According to Master
Alex, the financial support being offered by the Training Weekend is the main
current source of income of the organization. Master Taino's Leather
Family and Training Academy are proud of supporting MAsT's work for our community. |
